This Impala is a true survivor!!! I am the second owner, I bought it from the estate of my best friend from High School after his mother (the original owner) passed away. It is unmodified, all original, it still has the original generator (not Alt).. not everything works ie: radio, It is 52 years old.... A couple years ago when I bought it I drove it from my home town in Kansas back to the Chicago area where I reside now, It burns oil, the engine has never been rebuilt and my plan was to do that next summer. The transmission has been rebuilt. Power Steering The last picture is me driving it in a parade in xxxx The ashtray still contains the ciggy butts of the original owner Thanks for the info on where the code tag was.. the color is....Autumn Gold Metallic code 920, with a Trim code of 867, whatever that means
